What does Hastings do?

Hastings holds what a company knows in one governed memory: the CRM, mail, meetings, tenders, past quotes and the public web. It answers from that memory with a source on every line, and a fleet of agents turns it into finished work delivered in the tools the team already uses, such as Outlook, Teams and Salesforce. The work covers three functions:

Sales. A morning briefing for each person, an account brief, quotes built from past jobs, and a CRM kept current after every call.

Business development. The next customers to call, found from buying triggers; competitor profiles; answers to tender questionnaires; and proposals drafted from prior wins.

Marketing. Presence in AI answers, a website operated nightly, campaigns built on the brand's memory, and decks and spec sheets on demand.

Each use case has its own page and a 35-second film in the use-case library.

Who is Hastings for?

Hastings is for the CEO, CRO, head of sales, head of business development or CMO at a company of 50 to 1,000 people, and for private-equity operating partners who run several such companies (hastings.ai). It works through three practices: services firms such as agencies, consultancies and professional services; industrial, energy and B2B technology companies with long sales cycles; and private-equity portfolios that apply one commercial template across a fund.

04

How do companies work with Hastings?

There are three ways to engage. Commercial workstreams run one area of work each on a monthly retainer. The commercial engine covers sales, business development and marketing together, with a fixed build fee and then a retainer. The office of the Chief AI Officer adds the senior role that owns AI across the company. Current plans and fees are on the pricing page.

Every engagement starts with a security and governance review that sets permission walls, data boundaries and audit design before the first agent runs. The operator then configures the memory, runs the agents and improves them from the team's corrections.
